Terms and Conditions


  • Every booking is subject to a non-refundable deposit to be deducted from your final balance
  • An additional cheque deposit is required to be held by T0 The Moon and Back Weddings & Events to cover the cost of any potential damage. (The amount of deposit requested would be dependant on the value of your quote.) Please be aware that additional funds may be requested in the event of significant damage, and such charges may be made for damage including, (but not limited to,) burns, holes, rips, tears, candle wax, grass stains and food stains
  • All colour and fabric options must be agreed to at the point of booking. Any requested amendments are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until written confirmation has been provided by T0 The Moon and Back Weddings & Events
  • Final numbers must be provided no less than 4 weeks prior to your event date
  • Final payment must be made no less than 4 weeks prior to your event date
  • All prices quoted are for the purpose of hire only, (unless otherwise stated)
  • T0 The Moon and Back Weddings & Events may charge a delivery charge for individual items, (such as favour boxes or sash only hire,) or for chair cover and sash hire in certain regions of the country, please speak to T0 The Moon and Back Weddings & Events directly for a specific delivery charge price
  • T0 The Moon and Back Weddings & Events will not be held responsible for any circumstances that may occur to prevent us from carrying out our contract. If this should happen you will be notified and subsequently refunded in full. In the event of force majeure, compensation will not be due
  • By securing your date and paying the requested deposit, you have agreed to be bound by this contract. If you do not agree to this contract, then you have 7 days from the date you receive our confirmation of your booking in order to cancel your booking and a full refund will be issued. To cancel your booking, we must be notified by post or email (details can be found on your confirmation and booking form,) and your booking we will only be confirmed to be cancelled when you receive our written confirmation
  • Should you wish to cancel your booking with T0 The Moon and Back Weddings & Events after the initial 7 day booking period, charges may occur. Should you wish to cancel your booking less than 4 weeks prior to your event, full charges will be applicable and no refund will be issued.
  • By making a booking and paying your deposit to T0 The Moon and Back Weddings & Events, you are agreeing to all of the above terms and conditions
